• Before submitting an entry, participants must be registered on Raindance.tv.
• You may submit your film (s) using the upload tool available on this website. Entries must be submitted in the formats prescribed by Raindance.tv no later than 29th June 2009
• To submit a film entrants must agree to the Competition Terms and Conditions, by registering for the Competition and ticking the box “I have read and agreed the competition Terms and Conditions”. It is very important that in signing up to these Terms and Conditions you also ensure that you obtain a signed release form from every person who appears in or contributes to the film. Raindance.tv and MasterCard reserve the right to request to see these forms. If you cannot provide them or any are missing, your entry may be disqualified from the Competition. A sample form can be downloaded along with the end title card and music here.
• Entrants will also be asked to provide additional data about yourself which will help us process your submission. Any data which is incomplete or entered wrongly may result in that entry being rejected.
• The winner and runners up may be required to send on request a high quality version of their film on DVD or CD-ROM. (this is to ensure that a copy of suitable quality for transfer to formats such as film is available) to:
