If you think you know structure from what you've done in the past, think again. Old structure taught in old structure classes doesn't work. If you've read the books, taken the courses and did everything they said, why didn't it work? Because, what you were taught was wrong. Nobody buys old style, tired and obvious scripts.
Truby's 22-Step Story Structure paradigm is the most modern, exciting approach to storytelling to be developed this generation. His approach is flexible and dynamic, and enhances stories that have been written for the 21st century. His tools for writing are considered in America to be the most advanced and the easiest to understand. No screenwriting instructor works with more established writers.
John Truby's 22-Step Story Structure creates the new scripts that are fast-paced, powerful and more exciting than three-act scripts. Top professionals use fundamentally different tools than amateur writers. Yet most books and courses on screenwriting teach a one-size-fits-all approach, useful only to beginners. Isn't it time you stepped up to the professional ranks? This course will teach you literally hundreds of expert tools and techniques that allow you to compete with the best.
This flagship class has been taken by over 20,000 students worldwide, and wins awards year after year as the best screenwriting course in America. Don't miss this rare opportunity to master your craft.

John C. Dvorak, PC Magazine
"I'm not exaggerating: Truby's Blockbuster revolutionized how I work. It's the simplest way I've ever found to build structure, character and theme. If you use a computer to write screenplays, you'll want Blockbuster."
Laurence Dworet, screenwriter Outbreak
"Blockbuster is an ingenious and multilevel guide through the maze of story organization... way ahead of any other writing tool I know of."
Jeff Arch, screenwriter Sleepless in Seattle
"I think of all of them Truby's the best. I actually use Blockbuster, because I think he's really good. For my taste, his stuff cuts the deepest, and allows you to develop the most detailed structure and outline."
Larry Wilson, screenwriter Beetlejuice, The Addams Family
"Blockbuster is all that it is advertised to be, a virtual screenwriting school, and a great one at that."
Skip Press, The Complete Idiot's Guide to Screenwriting
"As a result of Blockbuster, I won a Gold Award at the Charleston Film Festival, and a Bronze Award at the Houston Film Festival in the Comedy category."
Mike Ellis, screenwriter
"My pleasure to let you know an agent has picked up three of my screenplays. All were written by the guidelines of Blockbuster."
James Russell, screenwriter
"Truby's Blockbuster provides a structure both to elicit and keep track of the multitude of ideas and details that emerge in transforming the first vague musings into the finished project."
L. R. Shannon, New York Times
"Among the legions of screenplay guru devotees, few would deny that John Truby is the most cutting edge of the lot. For success, Truby and his software is a match made in screenwriting heaven... No, Blockbuster will not solve all of writing's perennial ills, but it does bring the cure several giant steps closer."
