Welcome to the Extraordinary Winners Announced
Last night we celebrated the closing of the Welcome to the Extraordinary competition, and we are delighted to announce the winners.
Kevin Curtis' ‘Clown Showdown’ took home the main jury prize and he will be heading to the Cannes Film Festival in May. ‘Extraordinary Toys’ by Toby Dale won the YouTube prize and a pair of tickets to the BIFA after show party; and Lizzy Oxby was selected to win a Flip Mino camera for her entry ‘Manhattan 4.33pm’. Thank you to everyone who entered – we were overwhelmed by both the number of submissions and their quality – and selecting the finalists was extremely difficult. All entries can be seen on welcometotheextraordinary.com
For a chance to win some great computer hardware and tickets to the BIFA after show party, check out the Muvizu animation competition - submissions are open until October 10.
