The final date for submissions is April 2nd 2009
The Winner will be announced in April 2009

• You may submit a video from any country in the world.
• You must be over 16.
• Each entry must be at least as long as the Track ‘Lately’. No entry may be more than 10 seconds longer than the Track.
• While the Jury will allow a lot of space for artistic interpretation each entry must be manifestly synchronous and show relevance to the Track.
• Entries which contain material of an explicit sexual or violent nature where there is no artistic merit or justification and where such inclusion prevents the viewing of the material at any time of day by people of any age, or anything defamatory or likely to incite bigotry or racial prejudice, will be rejected.
• All decisions made by the jury are final and at the discretion of the jury.
• Entrants must ensure that before submission they have obtained all licences and clearances (including, but not limited to, copyrights, artist rights, usage rights, performance rights) to allow the film to be screened in public across all media, including broadcast, cinema, web and wireless. This excludes the rights to the music track ‘Lately’ which are provided by Global One.
• Entries can be shot on any media
• Entrants who are shortlisted for prizes will be required to send a high resolution version of their submission
• Each user may submit up to three entries. If an entrant submits more than three entries then only the first three entries submitted will be considered.
• Any user found to be abusing these rules will be barred from the competition.
• All Entries will be considered for competition selection by Global One and Raindance.tv.
• All films selected for consideration will be viewed by a jury assembled by Global One and Raindance.tv which will select the winner and three runners up. Raindance.tv may post any films being considered on the Raindance.tv website.
• The winner and runners up will be required to provide an exclusive in perpetuity license of their video to Global One and Raindance.tv.
• All entrants grant an exclusive 3-month license and a subsequent 12 month non exclusive license in all media for their videos.
