A crazy couple of weeks
Hosting the Online Festival for the first time on Raindance.tv was a real honour – thousands of people logged in to watch films from 6 continents in 36 different countries and 166 cities – from Algeria to Qatar, South Africa to South Korea; London to Brighton, Rio de Janeiro to Vancouver to Brisbane... For this, we would like to thank all of the 30 filmmakers who took part, and to everyone who watched a film! For the geekily inclined, you might find these 5 geeky facts about the online festival interesting.

We had a team of five fabulous interns who ran around filming and photographing special events and interviewing filmmakers. We’re still combing through all the footage and editing bits together and we will be adding more interviews later this week.
A huge thank you goes to Molly Harbison, Sara Ketterer, Julie Leonardi, David Miller, and Steven Schaber for all their hard work.
